From the start, looks like it is based of G-force, and that was the late 70's early 80's and the looks of it, they smashed in SD Gundam and that was on cartoon network. Together 2 different cartoons.

The years for G-force and SD gundam are way off and let me tell you, in 1991 if you look at the video the drawings are not close to the 80's and 90's. It looks more like the late 70's/80s' scooby doo for 3/4 of this. I am sorry, but i have to call bravo sierra on this.

BUT, i will keep looking for more info
