To expand. a-m-v.org isn't some fly-by-night website. It's been around 12 years at this point (about twice as long as YouTube has existed), and has three quarters of a million registered members. It's still the hub of the North American AMV community for core AMV talent, contest announcements, and actual community involvement/development. It's also (by in large) where WE got the videos we showed all weekend (with the notible exception of the pony blocks). And, unlike Youtube, When I give you these links, they will be valid next week, next month, and next year, not taken down, muted, or audio-swapped because Big Content has their panties in a bunch over fanvids.
To answer your question directly, though, that particular video will be linked whenever the creator decides to upload it, which he will.
