I'm vegan too! I love animals and would never stoop so low as to eating them ;_;

I've developed breasts from consuming so much soy to make up for the protein and amino acids which I could otherwise get from eating meat, but I still won't eat murdered animals. People who come up with recipes like http://www.bbqaddicts.com/blog/recipes/bacon-explosion/ should be ashamed of themselves.

I also am vegan for the environment. the growth hormones in runoff from farms pollutes the water and the ecosystem. Every time I drive my hummer by a farm, I think to myself "those jerks, they're polluting my water and air."

But yeah, I love being vegan despite its obvious disadvantages, and it's great to see others making the same choice to be vegan! :D

I was a vegetarian for three years but I was starting to get really sick and unhealthy so I was advised to eat meat. But I'm making my way to become a vegetarian again C:

Woot! I'm a vegetarian! Been one all my life, keep an eye out for me. I'll be going as Marluxia (From Kingdom Hearts) Part of Friday and then Sunday and Okita Sougo (From Gin Tama) the other half of Friday and then Saturday. Glad to know there are other Vegetarians/Vegans going to AAC. ^__^

I know this post is an old one, but as we are moving this year I was wondering if vegetarians/vegans would like us to find a local place for people to eat near the convention? Or if anyone knows of a good place to eat, would they please post it here?
