Guest Relations Autograph Policy

 

Scheduled Autograph Sessions

All autograph sessions will be listed on the schedule above.
 
Only (2) two items per guest are allowed. Attendees are responsible for providing their own items to be signed at no fee. Guests may also sell their own items to be signed for a fee. All items are subject to guest approval. Please do not bring items that are too bulky/big.
 
The line for autographs starts 30 minutes prior to each session and will be cut off 30 minutes before the session ends. Attendees with VIP badges get first access to guest autograph lines.

Photoshoot Session

The Photo session with guests is held on Saturday morning. Attendees with VIP badges get first access. The remaining time will be open to all other attendees.
 
Photos are taken by an official AAC staff member. Attendees are allowed to use their own devices for pictures, but a staff member must take the photo.
 
Attendees can request a group pose or let the guests decide. Poses are subject to guest approval.

Guest Booth in the Vendor Room

In between guest panels and autograph sessions, you may find our guests at their table in the vendor room. During these times guests will sell merchandise and autographs for a fee. Attendees are welcome to stop by and greet guests.
