Guest Relations Autograph Policy
Scheduled Autograph Sessions
All autograph sessions will be listed on the guest autograph schedule.
- Only (2) two items per guest, per autograph session are allowed.
- Attendees are responsible for providing their own items to be signed (All items are subject to guest approval).
- Please be considerate of other attendees, do not bring items that are too bulky/big, keep discussions short to keep the line moving.
- They will NOT sign bootlegs or unlicensed merchandise or material for which they are not properly credited. Signing handmade, personal, or otherwise unusual items is at the guests’ discretion.
- Charges for guest autographs and payment options will vary from guest to guest.
- Guests will be glad to sign your Another Anime Convention printed material such as convention info guide and badges at no cost. Some guests may offer 1 free item signing per attendee during the officially scheduled autograph times, not including figures and Funko Pops.
How it works:
The line for autographs starts 30 minutes prior to each session and will be cut off 30 minutes before the session ends. Attendees with VIP badges get first access to guest autograph lines.

Photoshoot Session
The Photo session with guests is held on Saturday morning. Attendees with VIP badges get first access. The remaining time will be open to all general attendees.
Photos are taken by an official AAC staff member. Attendees are allowed to use their own devices for pictures, but a staff member must take the photo.
Attendees can request a group pose or let the guests decide. Poses are subject to guest approval.

Guest Booth in the Vendor Room
In between guest panels and autograph sessions, guests may be at their table in the vendor room. They may charge for official merchandise or photos at their autograph table. Attendees are welcome to stop by and greet guests.
